Igbo Spare Part Dealers in Surulere Endorse Gbajabiamila, Elliot

..Meets Residents of Empire, Nathan, Fawehinmi, Leigh, Jacob, Elizabeth Streets

The motor spare part dealers in Surulere under the aegis of Automotive Spare Parts and Accessories Association – ASPAA on Thursday promised to mobilise their members who are majorly of Igbo origin to vote for the duo of Femi Gbajabiamila and Desmond Elliot to represent Surulere in both House of Representatives and Lagos House of Assembly respectively.

In his welcome address, the President of ASPAA, Chief. Lazarus Ikedigwe, gave commitment of his members to support the re-election of Gbajabiamila and Elliot, on the account of addressing the needs of their traders.

” the union tirelessly worked for your election victory and base on the outcome of your discussion with the union, you are the first beneficiary of the efforts from Amalgamated six traders’ union in Surulere Zone, who voted for you amass. ”

” we want the House Leader to help us address the problem of parking space for traders and customers, we appreciate your road repairs on Karimu street and please help extend it to Akintan street, Ibidun Street, Allen road and Clegg lane ” , Ikedigwe said.

Gbajabiamila in his response, highlighted projects he has facilitated to the business community such has the installation of solar street lights on Allen Street, Integrated Water Plant, and Reconstruction of Karimu road and installation of solar street lights on same road.

“My job as a federal lawmaker is not o construct roads but I have gone out of lawmaking to ensure that I attract federal presence to this constituency. We are proud of the spread of our projects over Surulere and we will strive to do more because you all deserve more. As we proceed to Abuja in 2019 , I want all tribes in Surulere to be part of our success story.”, the House Leader said .
